Explosion proof density transmitter is a device used for continuous online measurement of liquid solubility and density, which can be directly used in industrial production processes. Its advanced technology comes from differential pressure transmitters based on capacitive sensors and pressure relays applied in the production process. Its precision software can accurately measure density. According to different industrial processes, density can be represented in the following ways: Brix degree,Gay—Lussac degree,Baum degree,Plato degree, Concentration, etc.
The ZS-MD511 series explosion-proof density transmitter is a two-wire transmitter mainly used for industrial process control, which can generate corresponding 4-20mA signals according to the concentration and density. Remote calibration and monitoring can be achieved through digital communication. It can be installed outdoors, in pressure tanks, or through external sampling devices. The clean type transmitter uses TriClamp as the interface for easy disassembly and assembly. Its liquid contact surface is standard 32Ra. All models comply with 3A standards, with no cracks on the surface and good sealing for food and beverages. 3A is a recognized hygiene standard for the food processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, and beverage industry.
